DESCRIPTION
This
classic 50's lakefront camp is located in the center
of the north shore three miles from each end of the
lake. Piseco airport is three miles away.
The south
facing exposure means great sunrises and the moon
rises directly across the lake. It also makes it a
very sunny spot in the winter.
The camp
was built in the mid 50's and is in good repair.

approximately 1,000 square feet on two floors.
Downstairs has a large country kitchen with a large
picture window overlooking the lake. The 15' x 18'
living room has a fireplace and another large picture
window with lake view. There is a 10' x 20' addition
with a mudroom and a small bedroom.
Upstairs
is typical "unfinished camp" with a master
bedroom and a nice dorm type room presently set up
with three beds. Four windows look out over the
lake.
The camp
is only 50' from the lake! (You'll never see that
again.)
There is a
paved driveway leading to a flat lot with plenty of
parking. Camp is nearly hidden from the road, very
quiet.
The fine
sand beach is 75' wide. A shallow sandy bottom goes
out 150'. Great for kids.
The septic
system is in good repair. The leach field was rebuilt
in 2005.
There is
220v electric downstairs and four season plumbing. The
plumbing is always on and can be turned on and off
without the need to keep the camp heated when not
being used. In the winter, we use the downstairs like
a studio.
Winters
here are spectacular. This has got to be one of the
best places on earth for snowmobiles.
There is
also a large storage shed.
Price will
be kept low until spring when it will be raised to a
more typical price. These lakefront camps are few and
far between with only two or three coming on the
market each year. And this is an especially nice one.
