rustic, housekeeping, log cabins with beautiful pond
and mountain views is available year round. There are
trails through the woods, canoeing, boating, swimming,
fishing and croquet on-site. Winter activities include
skiing at Titus Mountain, cross-country skiing, ice
fishing and ice skating. Wall to wall carpeting,
Oriental rugs, deer head mounts, extensive library,
picnic tables, BBQ, canoe and boat. 2 .5 acre main
pond is stocked with trophy sized salmon and trout.
Shangri-la in the Adirondacks is a working fish farm;
daily activities involving water quality and feeding
enhance guest activities. On-site fishing requires no
license. Duane Stage is approximately 45 minutes
northwest of Lake Placid, 17 miles south of Malone, and
90 miles south of Montreal. We are located
approximately 15 miles from Loon Lake.
