This lakefront condominium features two-bedrooms, three-bathrooms. The unit is two floors. Each floor has its own kitchen, bedroom, living room and fireplace. There is an inside entrance between the two floors to allow one large family to share the unit or you can have this inside entrance locked off and use the two separate outside entrances. Based on the design the unit can be used by one family or two separate families. The unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. The unit has been completely renovated including all new furnishings.

The living/family room has all the amenities of home including cable TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo and a fireplace. Look out the kitchen window on either floor and you are within a stone's throw of the lake. The first floor of this unit has a sliding door that takes you onto an outside porch.

Each kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay convenient as well as comfortable. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposer, along with all other necessary utensils to meet your needs.

Each of the three bathrooms includes a shower/bathtub unit. 

Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Each floor has a pullout bed as part of the couch along with another pullout bed.

This unit is within 100 feet of the water with incredible views of the lake from each floor. Your short walk will put you at the beach, swimming pool, boat docks and much more. Cannon Point is directly on the lake so everything is within a stones throw of your front door. You will spend the week relaxing and enjoying everything you expect.

Area Attractions: 3.8 miles north of Lake George Village, boat rentals, Great Escape Amusement Park, Splashwater Kingdom, Magic Forest, golf courses and ranges, horseback riding, parasailing, outlet shopping, water sports.

30 minutes to Saratoga Race Track and Casino.

Winter skiing at Gore (30 minutes away) and West (15 minutes away) Mountains.

Directions to Cannon Point: Take 87N to Exit 22. Go to the end of the exit ramp and follow to Route 9N. Make left on Route 9N. Follow Route 9N for 2.6 miles to the entrance on the right. Cannon Point is just past the Lone Bull on the right. The condominiums are down at the water so you will need to look for the Cannon Point sign and turn in.

This unit is available for renting any time during the year.

Rentals are available for one-week, two-week (Saturday to Saturday), and long term renting.
