DESCRIPTION
With 200 feet of gorgeous lake frontage, the cabin at Rocky Point sits on the east shore of Schroon Lake and comes with a private boat dock, a rocky beach, two fire pits, a gas grill, picnic table, and wrought-iron patio set for six. The foyer doubles as the dining room leading into the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all necessary dishes and cookware. The bathroom has a stand up shower and all amenities including hairdryer. The cabin has three bedrooms: a master with a king bed, a guest room with two twin beds, and a "bunk room" with two sets of bunk beds. The cozy family room has a sleeper couch which folds to the floor, a gas fireplace, and cable TV with a DVD player. In addition, the large, screened porch overlooks the lake and is a wonderful place for meals. As an added bonus, there's an outdoor shower, a true Adirondack experience!

This rustic cabin, nestled on 3/4 acre of tall wooded pines in the hamlet of Adirondack, NY, is only 2 miles from Exit 26 off Interstate 87 and 7 miles from the quaint village of Schroon Lake, so there is plenty of access to restaurants and shopping. The beautiful lake offers amazing fishing, boating, skiing, swimming and tubing. Guests have access to the dock and are welcome to provide their own boat. The public boat launch is less than 1/2 mile by boat from the dock.

The Word of Life Bible Institute's New York Campus is directly across the lake from the cabin's private lake frontage. We are 120 miles south of Montreal , 20 miles north of majestic Lake George , 20 miles from Gore Mountain Ski Resort and 77 miles north of the New York State Capital in Albany . The beautiful resort town of Saratoga Springs, including the Saratoga Race Track, is just a short 45 minute drive directly south on Interstate 87.

This property will be available year-round and is ideal for winter snowmobiling and ice-fishing, fall leaf peeping, and spring and summer enjoyment.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Pets are considered with prior permission.

Smoking inside the cabin is not allowed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment may also be made with cash, money order or traveler's checks. Deposits are due at the time of your reservation. The rental balance is due 10 days before you arrive.

If you should find the need to cancel, you will receive a refund of your payment, less a 10% service charge, providing the cancellation is 60 days prior to your arrival. Beyond that, your refund will be prorated accordingly.
