wraparound porch with wicker seating and picnic table, balcony off
master bedroom overlooking lake, outdoor gas grill. Situated in quiet
community, ideal for walking, hiking and jogging. Bertha's is an easy
stroll to the Sans Souci Restaurant and just 1 1/2 miles to the
Cleverdale Country Store.
Parking for
two cars or one car and one comparably sized boat trailer.
Cottage comfortably sleeps seven people. No pets, no smoking. One week
minimum rental, multi-week discounts will be considered. Deposit,
security and lease required.

Area Attractions:
Eight miles to Lake George Village with boat rentals, dinner cruises,
carriage rides, parasailing, public beach, horseback riding, miniature
golf, rodeos, water sports and hiking up Prospect Mountain. Twelve
miles to outlet shopping (Brooks Brothers, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Nine
West, Carter's, Gap, Jones NY, Kasper, Timberland, Eddie Bauer and many
more), WaterSlide World, Magic Forest, Six Flags Great Escape, Splashwater Kingdom, and three public golf courses and driving ranges. Less than 15 miles to Glens Falls Civic Center, Hyde Collection, Charles Woods Theater, Crandall Park, Crandall Public Library, Aviation Mall and the new inflated indoor sports dome.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center (summer home of the New York City Ballet), Saratoga race tracks and the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway are within a 45-minute ride.
