Accommodations include four bedrooms, three full baths, two queen sleeper sofas, and one king size air mattress which will accommodate 14 people. Located in Ausable Acres, Jay, New York.

ONLY STEPS to the west branch of the Ausable River; 15 minutes to Whiteface Mountain ski resort; 25 minutes from downtown Lake Placid. Ausable Acres offers a lake, basketball and tennis courts, cross country trails, hiking and snowshoe trails!

After a long day of outdoor activities, relax in the six person hot tub, cook on the outside grill, shoot some pool, throw a few horseshoes or work out in your own private gym.

Come and enjoy our retreat home like it was your own. Relax on the wrap around porch or enjoy direct TV. We never want to leave when we stay at River's Edge....NEITHER WILL YOU!
