the living room, is a full bathroom and two bedrooms (one with full
size bed, the second - larger room - has two twin beds with ample room
for additional air mattresses).
As a year-round residence, there is an oil fired burner with cast iron
radiators throughout, a separate water heater assuring an abundance of
hot water, and plenty of operating windows for fresh air circulation.
Ample supply of bed and bath linens; beach towels and picnicking
essentials; books and games; and lots of closet/storage space.
This is an ideal, affordable mountain getaway for families and friends
to enjoy all that the Adirondacks and Lake George region have to offer!
