DESCRIPTION
A cozy camp only 50 feet from the lake with a small sand beach.  The clear water of Fern Lake offers swimming, boating, and terrific fishing.  The camp was built in 1987 with living room, dining room, and kitchen in one area; two bedrooms, bath, and enclosed sleeping porch.  Within 30 minutes of Santa's Workshop, High Falls Gorge, AuSable Chasm, Whiteface Mountain, ferry to Burlington, Vermont.  It is also just 30 minutes to Lake Placid and its Olympic venues, shopping, and dining.  There is a public golf course and tennis courts within five miles, and trout fishing in the famed AuSable River.  The towns of AuSable Forks and Jay both have community playgrounds for children and Jay has a well-known swimming hole at the rocks in the river.

Camp is rented by the week from 3:00 p.m. Saturday until 10:00 a.m. checkout the following Saturday.  $900 per week with $450 reservation deposit and the balance of $450 payable upon arrival.  Also, a $200 security deposit is requested upon arrival to be returned upon departure.
