Gladstone House, located at Garnet Hill, is an oasis in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Part of a 600 acre tract of land with a private beach on 13th Lake and bordered on three sides by state wilderness land, our home comes fully equipped. Gladstone House sleeps 12, has four bedrooms, a queen size futon, dishwasher, microwave, two baths, washer, dryer, gas grill, two fireplaces, canoe, and all the amenities of home. You will have all you need to live the Adirondack experience without living the "camp life".

Garnet Hill is a picturesque mountain resort located in New York's Central Adirondack Mountains. It is a two hour drive from Albany, NY. In winter, Garnet Hill is a complete cross country ski center with over 55 kilometers of groomed ski trails for all ability levels. Gore Mountain is located 10 miles from Garnet Hill. Summer activities include swimming, tennis, boating, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking all within your own backyard.
