DESCRIPTION
Come enjoy our two bedroom Cozy Cottage with a rustic living area with a wood style stove as a year round heating system. The dining area includes a table and chairs that hosts six. The kitchen is complete with appliances, dishes, silverware, and all cooking utensils. The first bedroom has a full size bed with a large dresser, and full size closet. This room comfortably offers a small sitting or reading area too. The second bedroom has a set of twin wooden bunk beds and a full size bed. This bedroom conveniently offers a full size dresser and closet. The cottage has a complete bathroom including a 36 x 36 shower stall with a fan and heater unit. During the spring, summer, and fall months you  can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from our comfortable front porch, complimented by Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. 

The beautiful mountains of the Adirondacks are chuck full of activities for most of the year, making this an ideal area to experience nature during your mountain vacation. The cottage, located only minutes from Gore Mountain Ski area, Schroon Lake, and a number of the Adirondack Park’s hiking trails and ponds. 

In Schroon Lake during the summer months, small town activities include: boat races, road rallies, flower shows, county fairs, museums, exhibits, galleries, and rock hounding. The July 4th festivities are a treat. Enjoy shopping in the local antique shops, and many other weekly activities. All summer long, opera and music concerts are produced by the renowned Seagle Music Colony in the Village of Schroon Lake. Main Street North Creek hosts shops, exhibitions, concerts and dances in its new Tannery Pond Center. A narrow gauge tourist train leaves North Creek twice a day for a trip along the scenic and historic Hudson River.

The cottage is a mere 25 minutes from Lake George and the Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park ... and only minutes from the Adirondack's Natural Bridges and Caves. It's just 60 minutes to the Town of Lake Placid and the Whiteface Ski area.

RENTAL RATES
April through October $700 weekly rate. November through March $850 weekly rate. Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday.
Daily rate is $170 with a 2 night minimum.
Holiday weeks/weekends are subject to higher rates.
Ski Season Rental Considered.
