This lakefront condominium is a roomy unit that features one bedroom, one bathroom with complete kitchen and dining area. The unit sleeps 6 - 8 comfortably. The unit has been completely renovated including all new furnishings.

The living/family room has all the amenities of home including cable TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo, pullout sofa couch, and a fireplace. Step through the sliding glass doors and you walk into a fully enclosed all season's porch.

The porch includes a great sitting area as well as sleep area. The porch looks directly at Lake George. Included in the room is a futon along with a table and chairs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late night card game. Finally, you can fall asleep looking at the lake.

The kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay convenient as well as comfortable. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, along with all other necessary utensils to meet your needs.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled. This room includes a shower/bathtub unit.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The bedroom also includes cable TV with a VCR/DVD player.

You will enjoy all of the comforts of home and more.

Area Attractions: 3.8 miles north of Lake George Village, boat rentals, Great Escape Amusement Park, Splashwater Kingdom, Magic Forest, golf courses and ranges, horseback riding, parasailing, outlet shopping, water sports.

30 minutes to Saratoga Race Track and Casino.

Winter skiing at Gore (30 minutes away) and West (15 minutes away) Mountains.

Directions to Cannon Point: Take 87N to Exit 22. Go to the end of the exit ramp and follow to Route 9N. Make left on Route 9N. Follow Route 9N for 2.6 miles to the entrance on the right. Cannon Point is just past the Lone Bull on the right. The condominiums are down at the water, so you will need to look for the Cannon Point sign and turn in.

This unit is available for renting any time during the year.

Rentals are available for one week, two week (Saturday to Saturday), and long term renting.
