This rental includes: five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with big screen TV with satellite DirecTV, Full kitchen with breakfast bar, den with fireplace to read and relax, Billiard room with professional size pool table, dining room area with table and six foot bar with bar stools, DSL internet hook-up, Kids rec room with TV, X-box game system with games and board games, laundry room.

Outside: Six Man Hot Tub (year round), 18 x 32 heated swimming pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day) with large party for entertaining and screened in porch on the swim deck, front deck and side deck, 30 x 30 Basketball court, Picnic area with outdoor fireplace to cook on and roast marshmallows and for nightly campfires, children's playground set with swings and slide, yard games, six foot high privacy fence surrounding the front yard, tent set up for outdoor sleeping, and a man made pond with a dock with fish and wildlife.

SUMMER

Come visit us in the summer for your family vacation, we have a heated pool with a large party deck and a screened in porch on the pool deck. This area is great for entertaining with your friends while the kids play in the pool. The HOT TUB is open for the cool nights to relax. The picnic area is in the backyard for roasting marshmallows and for nightly campfires, the Basketball court is 30 x 30 which allow for hours of family fun. The pond in the backyard is loaded with fish and wildlife, it's for wildlife purposes only (no fishing). The fish will follow you around waiting for you to feed them bread. We have yard games, horseshoes, an outdoor grill, we also set up a tent in the yard for the kids to sleep in if they want. We are just minutes away from lakes, beaches, and golf courses; kids should bring their bikes for country road biking. 

Rentals for the summer months are from Fridays to Fridays.

FALL

What a beautiful time of the year to be in the Adirondacks the color is amazing. If you're here for hiking, climbing, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, leaf peeping, relaxing, or a romantic getaway, you will enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks and all the amenities of the rental. After a long day, come back to the rental and sit on one of the decks and have a drink and enjoy the peace and quiet or sit at the bar and play a game of pool. Take a long HOT TUB at night and gaze at the stars. Please inquire about weekly, weekend, or nightly rates for the fall season. 

WINTER

Bring your skis, snowboards, cross country skis, snowshoes, skates and enjoy the winter in the Adirondacks. Whiteface Mountain offers skiing and boarding for all ages, Mt. Van Hoevenberg offers a number of trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing, go to the bobsled run at Mt. Van Hoevenberg, Lake Placid has ice skating at the oval daily and nightly or come back to the rental and skate on the pond in the backyard. After a hard day outside come back and sit in the HOT TUB to warm your body up or sit at the bar and have a drink and play some pool. With two cozy fireplaces in the house you can sit next to them and read a book and just relax. The house is surrounded by decks outside if you need to get some of the fresh Adirondack air. The kids can build a snowman in the yard or sit inside and watch a movie or play X-box game system. If you love winter activities, this is the place to be.

SPRING

Spring has arrived and the fishermen are welcomed, come fish the famous AuSable River for trout one mile away or go to Lake Champlain for big bass fishing and other fish. There is still ice around for the ice climbers and plenty of trails open for the hikers, spring skiing is also an option with activities going on at Whiteface Mountain. Golf courses are open and summer is just around the corner. After a long hard day come back and relax in the HOT TUB and put your catch of the day on the grill.
