DESCRIPTION
This beautiful, spacious four-season, log cabin, with wrap-around porch is situated on 12 private wooded acres, with trails, just five miles from Interstate 87 (Northway) exit 18. The property is close to many recreational facilities, including some of the best skiing and snowmobile trails in the Adirondacks.

Lake George Village and Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park is only 15 minutes away. This area offers everything from boating and parasailing, to snowmobiling during February Winter Carnival, and great shopping at its many outlets. 

The Hudson River boat launch is just three miles away, offering access to boating, fishing and excellent white water rafting.

West Mountain ski area is five minutes away and provides great family fun for all ages, offering day and night skiing and snow tubing.

Saratoga Racetrack is just 20 minutes away. The six-week racing season begins the last week of July and offers fun for the whole family.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The full kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher and microwave oven. Four bedrooms along with a sleeper sofa in the living room and two full bathrooms (one with a stand-up shower) can comfortably accommodate ten.

The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats ten.

The large living room has plenty of space for entertaining, a large screen TV, stereo system, DVD/VCR/CD player and Nintendo for the kids. An adjacent sunroom is ideal for reading or just quietly enjoying the scenery.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the full size basement along with Pool, Air Hockey and Foosball tables.

This home can comfortably accommodate two families and is perfect for those who want privacy and tranquility, while still being conveniently located near all the area's attractions.
