DESCRIPTION
Our comfortable camp, on a private quiet lake, is located in the Adirondacks. 15 minutes from stores but a world away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the deck overlooking the lake, listen to the loons, or relax in the loft for some quiet reading. Nature is abound in this wonderful setting. Take a canoe ride, rent a Johnboat from the local marina (one mile from our camp), or play a game of horseshoes. There are plenty of local pubs/restaurants with an Adirondack atmosphere and an assortment of wonderful shops nearby as is the great Saratoga Race Track only a 45 minute drive. If you are a golf enthusiast Nick Stoner Golf Course (just one of eleven courses in Fulton County) is only 10 minutes away as well as Sherman's, the 1920 amusement park, complete with Ferris wheel and vintage carousal. All summer long there are live bands in the two dance halls.

Our home sleeps six comfortably with two bedrooms downstairs and a loft (two king beds/one full). We are equipped with digital cable TV, VCR, and CD/DVD/Stereo Surround Sound - for movie night!! Ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking, or sitting by the fire pit toasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories, this area is a wonderful vacation getaway.

Activities within an easy distance include antiquing, flea markets, historical sites and art museums, world class ballet, the Baseball Hall of Fame, motocross rallies, caverns and spas, and the Great Escape Theme Park. We are located 20 minutes from the NYS Thruway Exit 28, 45 minutes from Saratoga, one hour from Albany, and four hours from NYC, Boston, and Montreal.
