This amazing family cabin is perched over a wooded lot with spectacular views of Lake George including Dome Island and the historic Sagamore Inn at Bolton Landing. The cabin has five bedrooms within the house and a five-bed bunkhouse loved by children. The property can accommodate up to 16 people and is an ideal location for family reunions, vacations, or friends gatherings. Ideal for two to three families. The full length deck across the front of the cabin is an extension of the living area. The central kitchen and open floor plan cultivate a together feeling. The private wooded lot has a covered dock with a boat slip and boathouse. Nestled in the trees the cabin is isolated from neighbors and backs up to the Adirondack State Park land and Buck Mountain. This is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, hikers, and hunting families. Restaurants, and shopping are still very accessible by car. Lake George Village - less than 15 minutes, Saratoga 35 minutes.

Cabin Features: Large fireplace. Five bedrooms plus a bunk house. Two full refrigerators/ freezers, Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pans, dishwasher etc..., All sheets and bedding are provided, two full bathrooms. Dozens of games, TV/Cable/DVD player. Covered dock and boathouse. Large deck. Gas grill, Heated and air conditioned (AC main level). Incredible views up the lake, Secluded location, Best water skiing bay on the lake. 

Cabin Activities:
- Hiking the local trail to Buck Mountain, First Look Out, Black Bear Ledge 
- Trail Running to Calves Pen a focal rock formation to jump into the lake (1/2 mile)
- Swimming around Andrews Bay
- Playing in the water at the dock
- Fishing off the dock or by boat
- Snorkeling off the dock to collect muscles, snails and rocks
- Lounging in the water on floats
- Kayaking up the lake to Phelps Island, Log Bay, Huckleberry Island or The Narrows.
- Waterskiing or wakeboarding around a protected natural inlet.
- Nature Watching, the following animals have all been seen on the property; deer, porcupines, woodpeckers, squirrels, chipmunks, salamanders, trout, bass, perch, owls, raccoons, stick bugs, dozen of bird varieties and in the winter occasionally bears.
- Rock Climbing on Lower Buck mountain or Rodgers Rock
- Canoeing across Andrews Bay to the frog and lily pad marsh area to the is a beaver lodge
- BBQing, on the large deck over looking the lake.
- Gaming: board games, cards, puzzles, etc...
- Sunning on the large cabin porch in privacy or on the dock at the lakeside
- Enjoying the 50 foot natural water fall just 400 feet down the road (only during run off or after rain).
- Making S'mores, the fireplace is ideal for roasting marshmallows.
- Reading, Nothing beats a great book in front of a fire or in lounge chair on a deck
- Watching sailboats and motorboats travel up and down the lake
- Beach - Walking a short half mile down the road to the local free public sand beach for Fort Ann Residents (bathroom facilities and lifeguard on duty in season).
