The 50 x 30 Living Room has an inviting window seat with a spectacular view of Forth Lake, as well as a massive fireplace blasted from granite located on the property, which is flanked by a cozy Inglenook. Four sets of French doors open on to a large blue stone patio, offering unparalleled views of fourth lake and the mountains beyond. The media room has a 52" television, comfortable seating and a fireplace. The Library, furnished in red leather club chairs, also has a fireplace and a Bar hidden in the bookcase - a nod to the years of prohibition. The Estate also offers a Boathouse with a 2,000 square foot game room and deck overlooking the lake. The property has its own tennis and volleyball courts, a 9 foot pool table, 22 foot shuffleboard table, ping pong table and a play area with fire pit.
