This property's location allows you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Adirondack Mountains yet enjoy the convenient Town shops, restaurants and services of North Creek. This home provides quick access to abundant outdoor recreation located just three miles (3) from Gore Mountain Ski Center, Cunningham's Cross Country ski area, and the Hudson River. This property sleeps up to 13 people in two connecting apartments each with two bedrooms, one bath, equipped kitchen, equipment storage room, WI-FI, TV/DVD, and linens/towels. Apartments may be rented separately.

• First floor apartment: The front door main entryway with bench and hanging bar for outdoor attire opens into a spacious two/three bedroom apartment with equipped kitchen serviced by a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and deep double sink. Pots/pans, dishes, glassware and utensils are provided. The kitchen opens into the living room with TV/DVD and off this room is the first bedroom housing one queen bed, a large walk in closet and a smaller hanging closet. Off the other side of the living room is the second, smaller bedroom with a double bed and twin and Jack/Jill door to the full bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink with drawers, John, and towel/linen closet (provided). The second Jack/Jill door opens from the bath into the family room. The family room is a multipurpose room with a futon sofa (double bed) and its large floor space accommodates the possibility of two double Aero beds (provided if needed). The family room offers a lockable rear entry door possibly connecting the second apartment entryway. Off street parking for one car is provided with each apartment, and the town parking lot is located across the street adjacent to the Library. WI-FI, local phone, and heat provided. This apartment is turnkey ready with linens/ towels/bedding. Carry less play more!

• Second floor apartment: The backdoor entrance to this apartment opens into a heated common area for both apartments. Ascending the stair brings you to the charming Adirondack wooden walled work area with closet. A lockable door enters you into the living area with the equipped kitchen/den area straight ahead with couch, chairs, TV/DVD, phone, full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, table, and large double sink. To the right from the stairs is a large walk in closet and the bedroom with a small closet and queen bed. Further down the hall to the left of the stairs is a full bath with towels and the second bedroom with Double bed and (one Double Aero Bed if needed). Linens provided.

This property's town location is a few blocks from the Community Center, Library and Town Park. The Town Park offers tennis courts, hiking, swimming area and playground in the summer. Lake George, Outlet shopping, Adirondack Museum, Saratoga and Skidmore College provide for a fun day of exploration about 40 minutes away. Locally, the Historic North Creek Railroad and museum are ready to entertain you. Winter activities include Gore Mountain Ski Area, snow tubing, Board Park, ice skating, and night skiing at Gore Mountain's newer area with a warming hut and large stone fireplace in the true style of the Adirondacks. Cunningham's Ski Barn offers cross-country ski trails with rentals available. Springtime offers rafting trips, trails for hikers, and the whitewater of the Upper Hudson River for canoe and kayak enthusiasts. Whitewater weekend in May is always fun! Fall brings magnificent color to the mountains with the change of seasons and a ride on the North Creek Railroad, Gore Gondola, or a visit to the celebrations of Octoberfest. In any season, you will be welcome at "4 Seasons"to relax and enjoy the true simplicity of the Adirondacks.
