DESCRIPTION
Loon Lake is an Adirondack dream come true. A clean, clear lake surrounded by forests, trails, and berry picking. It is a wonderful place to go canoeing, hiking, mountain hiking, swimming, fishing, adventuring with your dog, and much more. Loon Lake is located about 25 minutes from Saranac Lake, 35 minutes from Lake Placid, and 40 minutes from Plattsburgh. Within a short driving distance there are cultural and shopping opportunities available. Loon Lake is a small community with friendly people walking everywhere and a wave from every passing car.

This is one of the original Loon Lake cottages, built in the early 1900's, which was part of Seven Keys Lodge. This cabin has been enlarged and renovated into a beautiful cottage above the lake. A short path takes you down to the lake, dock, and deck. You will feel like you are in a tree house only feet from a beautiful lake. This is a very secluded site, away from the road.

This cottage has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed on the first floor, three small bedrooms with double beds, and a room with smaller sized bunk beds perfect for children on the second floor. There are 2 1/2 baths, a den, equipped kitchen and dining area and a living room with a stone fireplace. There is also a nice wood stove in the kitchen/dining area. Right outside is a great deck and a screened in room perfect for meals in warm weather. This cottage is beautifully decorated with antiques, adirondack style furniture, old rugs and art on the walls.
